This agreement is being signed between Game4power.com (herenafter called: GAME4POWER) and the owner of the Internet site who entered his/her data in the online entry form for participating in the Game4power.com affiliate program (hereinafter called: affiliate partner). By filling and submitting GAME4POWER Affiliate Program signup form, you will automatically become an AFFILIATE and are bound by the terms of this agreement. 

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This contract defines conditions of participation, principles of work, terms and conditions and rules of behavior of all participant of Game4power.com affiliate program (further in the text: affiliate program).

PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM

Each legitimate and physical person that has Internet site can participate in affiliate program. To become affiliate partner, after registered on our site, you just need to choose accepting our affiliate program. After submitting your application, GAME4POWER will automatically send affiliate URL. With affiliate URL, affiliate partner will redirect traffic from his or her Internet site.

All Internet sites containing following contents cannot enter affiliate program:

*erotic and pornography

*violence

*any kind of discrimination (religion, national, racial, sexual...)

*illegal activities

*contents that jeopardize intellectual properties and rights

GAME4POWER have a right to refuse the participation in affiliate program to each old or new affiliate partner if there is a doubt that the contents of the site is not appropriate.

It has to be mentioned that the client whose request for entering affiliate program was denied, or the client that has been eliminated from our program, can re-submit the request for entering affiliate program again after changing the contents of the Internet site. If the contents, which was a reason for not entering the program or for elimination from the program, is changed, client can become affiliate partner again.

GAME4POWER is continuously monitoring the contents of affiliate partners Internet sites, so it can maintain proclaimed standards that are specify by this contract. If GAME4POWER discovers that affiliate partner didn't make changes of the site in accordance with this contract, the agency has the right to cancel the agreement immediately.

If GAME4POWER finds out that affiliate partner uses Spam methods of advertising (Spam E-mails, Spam advertising on newsgroups...), GAME4POWER can cancel this agreement immediately.  

RELATION BETWEEN AGREEMENT PARTIES

Parties of this agreement are independent contractors. No regulation in this agreement represents any kind of partnership, mutual investment or any kind of agency cooperation. Affiliate partner doesn't have authority to offer or to present GAME4POWER services that are not defined hereof, or to be exclusive agent of GAME4POWER agency.

LIMITATION OF LICENSE

GAME4POWER gives affiliate partner a non-exclusive right to use GAME4POWER banner with a text, to help affiliate partner to be easily identified as a member of this program. GAME4POWER is keeping all the rights related to protected trade mark, company sign, banner, motto, text and other graphic samples together with all other GAME4POWER intellectual property.

If GAME4POWER rates that affiliate partner doesn't fulfill conditions to possess GAME4POWER license any more, license will be took away from him or her. The partner will receive a written note about that. 

IDENTIFICATION OF GAME4POWER PARTNER

To become recognized as a member of this affiliate program, affiliate partner is committed to put on a visible part of his or her Internet site a graphic logo or a text (in cooperation with Game4power.com).

Changes of banner can be made only by GAME4POWER. Therefore affiliate partner cannot make any changes of graphic banner.

Accepted banner are also links that are leading, through affiliate URL, to Game4power.com pages. 

CONNECTING PARTNER'S SITES

The connection between www.Game4power.com and affiliate partner's site is made by affiliate URL. It's very important to use an original format of the affiliate URL. The minimum change of the link can cause its dysfunction. That can affect the income of an affiliate partner, since the affiliate program is not operating in a proper way.

GAME4POWER is responsible for design of graphics signs and banners that are posted on disposal to our affiliate partners.If the affiliate partner can't find a banner that suit the best for his or hers site between offered banners, we would be very pleased if he or she informs us about that. requested form will be sent in shortest possible period.

THE PAYMENT

Eligible payments - All orders placed as a result of referral from AFFILIATE links or web sites and for which acceptable payment has been received in full are eligible for consideration to receive a commission. The commission is calculated two ways: one is 10% commission for any links. The other one is 5% commision for any links. Meanwhile 2% commission for any purchase once he signs up on our website to buy again.( no matter by which way he placed the order). You can apply to get your commission whenever you鈥檇 like to get it.

If payment for an order is partially or fully refunded or charged-back after comission payment to the AFFILIATE for the order has been made, the comission amount of the order will be deducted from the comission payment of a subsequent comission payment.

There is no time limit for the deduction of conditionally earned commission: as long as a refund or chargeback is issued on an order, the commission for that order will be deducted according to conditions.

ACTIVATION AND AGREEMENT DURATION AND TERMINATION OF THE COOPERATION

All regulations of this agreement become activate after the client complete an online application form with all requested data and confirm the same.

These terms will be effective upon your signup with the AFFILIATE program and will end when your AFFILIATE account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by GAME4POWER at any time. If any modification to the terms is unnacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your AFFILIATE account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any changes in the terms of this agreement.

Right after the termination of this cooperation, affiliate partner is obligate to remove from his or her site all links, logos, graphic samples, texts, names or any other GAME4POWER signs, together with all other material that affiliate partner was able to use after signing this areement. 

By filling out the signup form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions above for the GAME4POWER AFFILIATE Program, understand, and agree with them.
